Yeah I'm currently experementing with my own homemade weightgainer -bars actually.

I mix PB, Oats, Honey, Nuts(cashews, almonds, Pistachio) and Whey Powder. Tastes Great, you just need to find the right proportions (add a little water if needed)

Oh, and don't forget to crush the nuts (or blend them to powder).
