Default Burning Fat/Building Muscle?!

I'm dedicated to trying to gain muscle size while losing fat. I've read so many forums saying its not really possible, then i'll come across an article debunking that myth. I'm 6'0 215 bf% somewhere between 17-22.

I know drastic calorie reduction will hurt my growth, but if I keep a small deficit like 500 calories a day (pound of fat a week) while keeping a high protein amount, won't that allow me to reach my goal. I became a slave to high intensity weight lifting and I can't bare the fact of not gaining muscle size. At the same time I need to lose this fat thats covering it up. I do not want to go through cycles of bulking and gaining any more fat, and i need this fat gone. Tired of this gut.

If anyone could give me there educated advice I'd greatly appreciate. I'm taking 2222 amino tabs, whey protein, creatine, and nano vapor currently. I try to space out my meals and eat very well. Boneless skinless chicken breasts and vegetables is my usual dinner.
