Default Need help with diet major help needed.

My goals are to mainly lose some body fat while getting stronger so I don't eat many carbs. I'm 6' 1'' about 200 lbs. I have fat around my stomach, but not that much.

For breakfast I have either around 7 a.m.:
2 scoops of Whey Protein or a banana/apple

I don't have the chance to eat again until 12 or so because I'm at school, which I usually get the school lunch (I would like some suggestions of what to eat instead of the nasty school lunches).

When I get home from school around 2:30 I eat some more whey protein(would like something else to eat here).

I go to the gym around 5:30 and after my workout around 7 I drink my whey protein and eat some form of protein like chicken or beef with salad or some rice with some green tea.

I am drinking water consistently throughtout the day.

got a study hall or something in between 7 and 12? your calories are really really really super low. and so is your protein from real food sources. and you have no healthy fats from what i can see.

go to the nutrition forum/bulking forum/fatloss forum and read all the stickied threads at the top of the forums....should get you more than a great start.

I rarely do this but, read some stickies and then come back with specific questions.

Right now you've posted your bw and some vague goals. There is no indication of how many calories your consuming (except that theyre probably low), or how many macros your taking in (low again).

You posted your goals, height/weight and a typical diet, which is too vague for anyone to give real advice on.

Read up a bit and post some specifics, please.
