Default Neuro-PS and CytoGainer

Hey guys,

I just ran out of my CytoGainer and made my stop at the local VitaminWorld.

I bought the same container but the sales person there, who I recognized because I used to see him all the time at the YMCA and he had a great, ripped, body. I told him that I was building mass while I am trying to loose fat.

He convinced me to buy this NEURO-PS that is supposed to be very good stuff. I am not really sure about this though.

He was also saying that you should work a lot harder than what you are doing.

I told him I do three sets of 10 on 45pound dumbpbells, among others.

My question is do you guys suggest taking these fat loss crap or is running good enough for me?

Second question, how do I know that I am using all my protein, and if my workout is eounght for the protein intake I have?

Is there some sort of measure? They say you should take your pounds of weight in grams of protein. I am 190 pound, 6'1". I have some, a lot of fat around my belly. I am a programmer so I sit on my ass all day.

What do you suggest?
