Default New guy needs help

whats up fellas I have been working out for a while now and just started getting serious about building about 2 months ago. I eat a lot but my diet needs help. I am very busy and its hard for me to prepare meals I mainly just shoot for calories. Here is my diet not in order:

ensure 350 cal drinks X2
Apple sauce
Pineapple chunks
Cereal bar
chocolate pudding and 1scoop of weight gainer
lo mein lunch 475calories
can of tuna and ritz crackers
chicken wrap

thats usually it all advice or critisism is welcome
Anyone got any good recipes to make the weight gainer taste better? lol

Have you read the stickies? And its great you told us what you eat, but you didnt provide any nutrition info such as cals, pro, carb, fats. Also, we need to know when you eat it.

350, I'd say you're lacking calories in general, and protein and I don't really see any fats (the good kind). I know it is hard to cook meal at times, but find your least busy/off day, and cook for the upcoming week. Tupperware and zip-locs are your friends for this. Good luck.

If you want to gain weight - Do what you're doing and get some Whey protein, cheap stuff is fine.

I agree. You can add instantized Whey Protein to your pudding, tuna, etc, and also find some great recipes to make protein bread and other stuff. The cheap stuff is fine, and the cheapest I found is on bulkfoodsdirect. Good luck!
