Default niacin-roids

Just wondered if anyone has any direct, preferably first hand, experience of niacin-roids?

Are they the latest hype or trick supplement for us desperate and potentially gullible self improvers or do they work.

Are they really safe a the ads. claim?

Cheers

Just the name of it makes it sound fishy

Never heard of it before. And a quick net search is just pulling up boards where people are asking the same question you are.

What company is it from?

^^ I agree, the name is strange, niacin is just a b vitamin (B3), what that has to do with steroids I have no idea. I know that people inject B vitamins, especially those with immunity issues, but even that i'm pretty sure you need a script for.

First saw them in an ad (made to look a bit like an article I thought and with testimonials from various athletes) on http://www.musclemayhem.com/front/

Did some digging last night and found several references on the web suggesting they were dodgy, as I'd expected. Over the past 20 years seeing the crap pushed our way has made me very skeptical but I wondered if maybe I have become too cynical and if science is ow able to ofer more than protein powders or drugs.

Looks like it's still wise to be wary with all the sharks out there . .

Thanks anyway.

Sounds a little fishy to me. It seems like one of those gimmicks. The main ingredient Inositol is connected to the B vitamins. It is good for hair growth, reducing your cholesterol levels, and preventing hardening of your arteries. Its also good for removing fats from your liver. Its found in foods like milk, raisins and whole grains.
