Default no progress at all

i been weigthtraining for about 1 1/2 years and i made pretty good gains in mass and strenght. it seems i have hit a sticking point in which im no longer making gains at all and im frustrated. ive started mike mentzers hit training for a week know and i feel good and motivated. whats your opinions on this training?.. i have an adequate nutrition with 50% in protein-30% in carbs-20%fat i am 17 and 194 pounds 5'9. my intake in carbs has to be low due to my slow metabolism being and endomorph. i do 30-45 of cardio everyday except on leg day. i feel the cardio is slowing my progress buy i cant cut that down due to my weakness is gaining fat easily.my workouts are intense.bu im not sure where im going wrong....this was my routines before...

chest/cardio(monday)
back/cardio (tuesday)
legs (wedneday)
shoulders (thurs)
biceps/triceps/4arms (friday)..but know im going for mike menzters training..i am not sure where i am going wrong here....if you need more info on my training/nutrtion..let me know..thanks in advance
