Default nuitrition help (wrestler)

hi,
i am 169 lbs, 5'8" and have been working out for about 4 months now. i am not very muscular and am kinda fat. i have some muscle, but its mostly covered by fat.

i want to hit 152 by about 3-4 months, and get muscular, but not bodybuilding muscular, more like wrestler muscular.

i have some questions

1. i really want to lose weight and gain muscle, and i have heard that to lose weight, i need to eat a certain ammount of calories (16 x your weight) so for me about 2,800 or so, but that will just make me heavier!
2. i have been eating light and healthy these days such as wheaties cereal in the morning, whole wheat sandwitch with turkey breast, fat free ham and lettuce, and maybe spaghetti or lots of egg whites at night....is this benifiting me muscle wise and body fat wise?

thanks
