Default Nutrition Fruits.

Which type of fruits, are helful in protein and nutrirtion gaining?Any experience person please share here.

protein from fruit isn't complete, so its not beneficial. Meats and dairy are basically the best sources of protein.

I'm not sure what nuts are considered, but they are a great source of protein.

Nuts are incomplete proteins as well...
