I want a supplement , but i am confused ,which supplement should i take , basically my requirement is heavy body building ,, so please tell me which supplement should i take , protein powder or weight gainer
Well you must look and go for weight gainer and don't look for supplements. If you want to be a body builder then do exercise and take good diet and avoid supplements.

I think weight gainer is good for you so you should go with it and don't follow any supplement. You should do a regular exercise and should follow a proper diet plan.
