Default Soy Milk as last snack

I've been eating Cottage cheese for my final meal of the day for the past 3 months. I'm starting to get sick of it. I thought, Soy milk might help mix things up a bit, what is everyone's opinion on this?

Thank you!

I think that soy is the fastest typical protein supplement after whey. I might be wrong about that. If I were you, I would just add some fats to my whey. It will have a similar effect. I like to do whey + peanut butter before bed if I need extra protein. You could add some olive oil to your shake. Or tuna + mayo (the kind with olive oil). Just my 10 cents.
