Default Nutritional information on chicken breasts and tuna?

Hey guys,

I was just checking the nutritional information on chicken breats but I'm not too sure if i'm putting in the right information.

Basically, I just grill 2 pieces of chicken breats. Is "Chicken, breast, with or without bone, roasted, skin not eaten" the right choice? It states as having 563 calories, 12 fat and 106 protein.

Also, I usually buy a can of tuna which is 200 g, that's around 7oz. It states on fitday.com as having 16 fat and 58 proteing. Is that correct or over/under-stated?
