dude i used to make this awesome protein shake last year when i was in my dorm room and didn't want to go to the caf before classes. the oatmeal was definitely the best part of it. i'm pretty sure i jsut took this recipe out of mens health
- 6 Ice cubes (more maybe? i don't remember)
- 10 oz milk (ok i'm definitely making these numbers up. i don't remember)
- half cup of uncooked classic oatmeal
- big scoop o peanut butter
- 2 scoops chocolate muscle milk
hmm. i think that's it. throw all that in a blender and enjoy. i totally messed up the measurements but just feel it out. it's one of the best tasting things ever
