Default Blood test

Hi,

I've been feeling really tired and run down lately and thought it might be a good idea to have a physical and a stress test to see where I'm at. In addition to having the usual blood tests done for cholesterol etc. I was wondering if anyone had any information on any other blood tests that I could request to see where I'm lacking nutritionally or hormonally. Thanks.

Riley

Best thing to do is tell your Dr. your symptoms and he'll know what blood results to order. Lethargy could be symptoms of low test levels and you can ask him to test those but you would usually have other symptoms such as libido issues. I'm not sure what the doc could check nutritionally other then maybe kidney values and such but I'm not a physician.

I would make sure to tell your doctor that you're taking in over 126 grams of sugar per day. That in itself would be an indicator of what needs to be done.

Definitely true. I would have such terrible mood swings on that it would be unreal.
