I never make it past a week. Life is to stressful/short for me to ignore something i enjoy. I'll have a tall boy every now and then throughout the week, and i always have about a six pack on either Fri-Sat. Light beer of course.

the longest i have gone was 2 months, but when i movedo ut of my parents house after i graduated..i was all down hill. i was killing a .75 of burbon a night usually, i had a thing for burbons. wild turkey, jack, jim beam. the occasional johnny walker.

i have been to AA, and seen what alcohole abuse/addiction can do to people. its not a pretty sight.

i still have a drink every once in a while, but i dont party anymore. just dont wanna do that again...espically for as young as i am.

I've gone a yr w/o touching alcohol, and when I did, I wasn't technically even drinking, just tasting unusual alcohols. I got no space in my bladder for crap that's gonna hold my muscle production back. I respect drinkers, as long as they respect my desire not to.

I moved to Borneo, became a Muslim and quit drinking 4 years ago.

Nope, not kidding.

i like to go out and a have a few drinks now and then but i rarely ever get drunk. I would say that i get drunk maybe 3 or 4 times a yr. i just have better stuff to spend my money on and im serious about gaining some muscle and when i use to drink on a more regular basis i wouldnt be able to train the next day so i dont do it much.
