I been reading the sticky's about eating more to bulk up and eating up to 8 times a day. Man this is gonna take some getting used to I thought I had a good appitite, but trying to eat 6 meals a day is harder then I thought it would be
Frank
It not so bad you may not need 8 meals start with 6 and adjust from there. If your eating 3000 calories a day thats 500 calories per meal. It can be done
You WILL get used to it. Most average people still eat three big meals a day or eep....even less! When I got serious about eating and training it was a big adjustment and I always felt like I was going to burst in the beginning. Now if I don't eat every 3 hours or so I start to feel run down.
Another thing is you will learn is what foods you can eat that won't leave you feeling so full throughout the day. For example, I can't stand eating brown rice more than once a day because of how full it makes me feel while others I know eat it for multiple meals a day. Its all about listening to your body and adjusting your meals so that they agree with you.
You hear it time and time again, but keep eating smart and you will see the results.
Well you don't really need to eat 8 times a day, I'm sure 6 will cut it depending on your goals currently. You will eventually get used to it and experience what sleazy describes as being run down, happens to me all of the time. Eventually you will make your way up there just have to give your body enought time to adjust.

this is HUGE... of course, you gotta figure out what works for you
also, you'll learn to eat more nutrient/calorie dense foods so you hit your requirements without having to eat the mass quantities you may be consuming now
Thanks guys, Yep there is a learning curve I am going to have to go thru I just hope I don't do too much damage, my fear is winding up 5'5" and 350 of blubber. you guys give some really good advice, and for that I thank you

Absolutely! That's the key IMO. Trying to get in the macro requirements can be a huge struggle once the numbers get high enough (300+). The majority of your macros should come from "real" foods and not supps. IMO. Trying to get 350grams of protein in 5 meals is 70grams per meal and thats alot of chicken! lol
