Default Pizza?

Is pizza that bad for you/ I had two slices of hawain yeserday. And can you cut away BF by just watching what you eat or do you have to pick a diet like a timed carb diet?

using a diet is watching what you eat. Pizza is ok for you as long as it's in moderation and doesn't have too much junk in it.

Keep in mind too that the majority of pizza is processed which is bad. A few slices definately won't kill you though. As long as you eat it before it gets late (like before bed) then you're good to go.

I agree with Dr. X... Although Pizza is high in protein and carbs you will never see pizza being made of wheat dough. Pizza is also drenched with grease which is fat and anyone bulking or cutting knows that taking a high amount of carbs and fat in the same meal is big no no. Definitely not a daily meal but it won't hurt you as your once a week cheat meal.

absolutely true, Double Daves will even sell you wheat dough for about 50 cents a pizza. Don't really know how large the chain is but try it out sometime if there is one nearby
