Default Please help with oddball nutrition problem

I am an intermediate bodybuilder (I'm a little older, have been at it for a year, and have started to get good results).

I have problems with my nutritional approach, and I feel I could be making better gains if I could figure out how to eat differently.

I have a medical problem (Asperger's syndrome) and cannot eat anything with dairy products, and I can't eat gluten (which includes anything with wheat, rye, barley, and/or oats).

Are there gluten free/dairy free protein supplements for people with food allergies who want to bodybuild?

I desperate, because the combination of bodybuilding and going gluten and dairy free has helped immensely with several of the medical and neurological problems associated with my Asperger's syndrome. My whole life has improved from adopting the exercise and dietary changes, but my gains have slowed down because of the limits in my diet.

Any ideas?

Thank you and all my best.

---Kevin
