Default Potatoes

Now i know that normal regular, rue or the mill potatoes aren't that great on the GI Index. But i was wondering how negative they are in a bulking diet? I've cut for a while and i really have missed them, so i was hoping they can be encorperated into the bulk with no real negative effects?
And don't anyone dare mention sweet potatoes, they are horrible!!!

Potatoes are good for you. They are higher on the GI scale, but they have a lot of good nutrients in them. I just wouldn't eat 15 of them every day. They should be fine to add.

Red potatoes have more nutrients than baking potatoes, but both are excellent while bulking. Don't forget sweet potatoes
