I cut it into small 1 in x 1 in cuts or slightly bigger and I nibble little by little throughout the 8-9hr day so my metabolism is consistently going, or 'keeps the oven going'. Normally I take 1-2lbs of chicken cut up just like that. Gotta dress it up different everyday or chicken can get old real quick.

You're not living til your choking down a can of tuna
I buy mine in olive oil instead of water and they go down really easily, just like eating chicken or beef to be honest.

That's a good way to keep people from coming near your desk. They'll be afraid of the smells

Then your nose is fried. Tuna and boiled eggs? Those things smell man, no matter how much you doctor them up
