Then your nose is fried. Tuna and boiled eggs? Those things smell man, no matter how much you doctor them up

You must of laughed your head off Monsta!!

I bought a box of chicken at Costco yesterday, it was 30$ for 16 breasts, it was 7.5$ a kilo. They also have protein bars in the candy section, 14$ or 15$ for 16 bars. probably not the best Whey protein but I guess its better than a candy bar....or is it? Its between 5g and 8g of fat, 40g-42g of carbohydrates, 27g sugur, and 23g protein. There called Bio Protein, anyone ever bought those?

Beans are pretty cheap too. I bought Goya black, pinto and kidney beans in cans. Per gram of protein I think chicken has them beat price wise. At least for canned beans. Large bags of uncooked beans may be cheaper/gram of protein than chicken.

+1 on Riley's post. I am actually eating some black-eyes right now. I love them, and the band! Back on track...I buy beans in bags-less sodium/chemicals, and cheaper. At Sun Harvest-it's a natural-living/organic-type of grocery store, I get a protein powder from the self-serve section. It is white, and for the most part, it resembles cornstarch. I combined a cup of dry beans with about a cup of h2o, 1/4 onion, some garlic flakes, and a cubed yellow squash, boiled it all, and then while it was cooling down, I added some of the protein powder, for an extra kick. I personally love it!
