I know chicken and steak (leaner cuts) are good for ya.

I'm no spanish expert, but doesnt carna asada and pollo asada just mean BBQ steak and chicken? If so, i dont see why it would be any different than reg steak and chicken. Although you might wanna throw in some tuna and turkey.

chicken is good as long as it's not covered in unhealthy extras. the carna asada is flank steak if I'm correct, which is a leaner cut so it should be ok as well. Just watch your portions, and topings.

I know you were asking about specific meats i've never even heard of, but don't forget about fish. Very important often overlooked meat for a bb'er.
