There's a middle ground: shaken

(no James Bond puns, please)

You can blend (if you wanna throw some fruit in there).

Or you can stir (with a spoon in a glass)

Or you can shake (in a shaker cup)

To me, shaking is much better than stirring. And unless I'm putting something other than milk and powder in there, no need to blend. (and wash!)

I have to admit I love milk shakes better that water ones, it is a little more nutrisious, best with fat free.
you need to really be careful with milk. Regular milk is filled with lactose. This can be very bad, lactose causes insulin spikes, so depending on your goals you really want to adjust your milk intake accordingly.

Also, as with anything "fat free" there will be extra carbs, usually in the form of sugars.

If you are bulking, and have a fast metabolism, this might not be a problem. but if you arent, you will want to go with the water.

shakers are the best way to prepare your protien shakes. i dont think it gets any easier and your only dirting one item in the kitchen instead of a blender and a cup (unless u drink right out of the blender that is. even if you stir it...still have to worry about that spoon lol
