Use FF Miracle Whip if you don't want any fat..or anything for that matter except for the consistency of Mayo.

I usually eat my tuna plain but sometimes I'll mix in some mustard for flavor. No fat or anything and it tastes pretty good.

I think there are only certain kinds that are best out of the can. The green label of Chicken of the Sea is the best. Solid albacore usually is hard and dry and best mixed with mayo. Also, always be wary of the labels. Most of the specials in the stores are for the tuna in oil, which isn't good straight from the can. Use the ones in water.

I like the tuna in oil straight from the can. That is in those times I'm looking for the extra fat. Tastes fine to me but then again I can eat almost anything.

I like Solid white only!...I mix it with hot mustard or onto a greens salad with oil/balsamic vinegar.YUM

Sad to say, but I hate tuna. Yuck! I wish that I could eat it. Great source of protein.

There have been times in my life, I ate so much tuna that I started smelling like one Not cutting right now so I am eating anything that gets in my way.
