what do you do for a living if you don't mine me asking?
you can always find time to eat. even if you have just a protein shake.
example.
8:00 breakfast
11:00 shake
2:00 lunch
5:00 shake
8:00 dinner
11:00 shake
if you work a typical 8 hour day that is only 1 maybe 2 shakes you can prepare. you could even have the shake right when you leave work.
It doesn't have to be this specific example, it's just a guide.
I find your excuse for not having time to eat is weak. sorry but that's the truth.
If you want to gain good muscle you have to eat right or your just wasting time. Take some time this weekend and come up with a diet plan it's really not that hard. it only takes, depending on how detailed you want to be, 15 mins to an hour.
