Default Questions

hey fellow bodybuilders ive ussually ignored the sodium and all the other stuff except the grams of fat , calories, and the protien lol so cn some one fill me in on what the pros and cons of the others like the sodium and other stuff .............................thnx.

I usually ignore most things except the macro breakdowns, and I try to stay away from fried foods. I'm not sure what else there is. besides the salt that Brad covered.
