No I'm not saying it's comprehensive. I'm just saying a better source than no source. I mean otherwise all you get is assumptions.

I agree with you that it's probably useful to do the shake like you describe if it doesn't bother your gut. I agree that you're getting some protein from a convencience standpoint. But to say it's "beneficial" I don't know.

Yeah, haha I usually go back and read stuff again. I write too fast and then other things occure to me I wanted to say or SHOULD have said

I'm pretty satisfied that I've made the point I wanted to make on the raw egg issue. I can't really say much more about it.

BTW, heres a pretty cool website that goes into most of this very indepth and uses a bunch of scientific sources:

I think this is actually a guy who used to be a raw foods type person but became more moderate...which is all I'm really talking about. Like I've said a million times people just have to go to EXTREMES on everything. I mean here you are just talking about raw eggs. Big deal right? I've got no real passionate problem with that in itself compared to the extremist nature of some of the sources like mercola and baker...
