http://www.MyFoodIntake.com is a free nutrition info and calorie/vitamin/mineral counter tool. I know there is a lot of those sites out there, but I think this on is really need.
It’s very fast to type in your meals and it doesn’t require login. The tool also calculates energy and daily values of other nutrition to fit my personal needs.
You can also share and save your plan very easy, e.g. here is what I eat yesterday:
