Default seasoned salt

whats up everybody. i havent posted in a minute but i have a question. is seasond salt a healthy alternative to actual salt. i dont have any regular salt in my crib but when i cook i do use seasoned salt. i see the sodium is lower. and im currently trying to look online to see if it is actually a better alternative. i know alot of you guys know about nutrition so i figured someone could help

It's only lower in sodium because seasoned salt is a mix of ingredients, so each serving is not pure salt.

It's not really any better for you unless you use less of it, as its usually a mixture of salt, sugar, and spices. That being said, I don't think using it sparingly will do much damage. I love me some Lawry's Seasoned Salt on my chicken.

Mrs.Dash is a very good alternative to season salt. They taste great with NO sodium. There are a few other brands too ( McCormick's is another )

ms. dash sucks well its not that bad, but i would rather just have nothing. seasoned salt is sooooooo good im just searching for alternative things thats all
