Default separating carbs and fats...

do you guys follow this? just read through the bulk sticky and missed this the first time...

do you guys keep all of your meals protein/carbs and protein/fats...it makes a lot of sense...but...it's damn inconvenient

or do you guys think it's not a big deal....and just eat to meet calories + prot/fat/carb ratio?

i usually have one meal a day that is peanut butter on whole wheat...plus a banana...and i don't wanna say bye to it
