Hey guys and gals! I am new around this forum and had a few ?'s for the fine people. First off i am 6'4 160-165lbs. I want to put on around 30-40lbs. I need a rough outline for a base diet that would provide me with what i need to hit my goal. Now i have no deadline to put this weigth on and want to do this the natural way. Any help would be nice. Also i think doing a thread about it would be nice to see my progress and it would help me track myself along the way. So please if you have seen or know of someone in my range that has done this let me have a link to the thread or just toss out the info. Thanks for your help and here is to hitting my marks!
