Default Sodium

How much is really good (or bad) for you?

Why is it detrimental or beneficial?

To little sodium can cause Hyponatremia which can lead to nausea, muscle cramps, disorientation, slurred speech, confusion, and inappropriate behavior. Also alot of those symptoms are linked with dehydration and if you drink more water it will increase the problem and in extreme cases seizures comas and death can happen.
About 500mg of sodium a day is considered the least you need. That's 1/4 teaspoon of table salt.

Wantingmuscle u are definitly not bombr2, I apologize for that accusation even tho I did that to stirr things up a little. He would answer that question by talking about pavlov and his salivating dogs or feeding his dog certs. Also, too much salt will make u drink a hell of a lot more water than u normally would.

ok i mustered up the guts to post this I wrote this like 2 years ago the beginning of my sophomore year...

maybe it was destiny that brought you to me ,making me see the light in my life. i still hold fear that you have the that'll go in my back .hopefully your not one of the females that likes to break my heart ,tearing my mentallity apart making me pale. ive smoked myself into a retard. life is hard. but maybe it was destined to be you who stands by my side as we walk down this rocky road .so much i had to hide but not from you we're an odd couple. its not like i care what others think i still wonder if it was destiny that brought you to me

Lemme know what ya think (the softer side of me)
Its one of his best posts, if u want to read more, then go to 1fast400.com, go to the forums, use the search future and search for the member stilldown4it. He lost his password to his famous screenname, damn I dont remember how he spelled it.

Here's some of my favorites:

i cant change my cardio for another 2 weeks (when school is out) u know how there are carb blockers (is there an opposite) id like to get to 160 before August but its hard to eat healthy and get the carbs . When i drink soda i get like 200+ carbs from that alone any drinks that would add carbs (besides beer n that stuff) im getting sick of Kool Aid and OJ with every meal i have 2 cups (48oz) of choc Milk a day i was thinking of just capping sugar and downing them seeing as how sugar is supposed to be broken down by ur body quickly and sugar elevates ur glucose levels which when they drop u get hungry so any ideas
Here's one of the classics
