Talking Starting Bulking Diet

Ok everyone, i have read some of the stickies and some other post on here and i think i have the general idea of how to go about bulking. The reason i want to bulk is that i am getting married in a little less than 9 months, so i want to look good in the tux and of course in the pics bc those last forever. My goal is to get as close to my goal weight of 180 lbs as a can by then. Right now i am between 147-153lbs. now im not expecting to gain all of that weight but if i could get to like 170 or so that would be cool. I guess what im really asking is how you guys find time to cook all the food that needs to be taken in. Ive tried to do it at night after work but im usually to tired, ive tried to do it on day off work but usually that day is so busy that i dont have time. I guess if you all could give me some hints on how to go about finding the time or could give me some tips on some fast meals. anything will help, the clock is ticking so to speak lol. thanks in advance

Yes, if you can find a friday night, or any weekend to cook something for the week you'll be set.

Also, oats and whey protein, and tuna/bread, cottage cheese make good "in between" snacks.
