I believe i picked up that little nugget of knowledge over at AnabolicMinds. There was a study posted, cant remember when, stating that information. I would provide the link if I had it.
Also, no veggies have a very different kind of carb, more over they usually are filled with fiber, which is a carb, but is not used in the same manner in your body. some veggies such as carrots have higher carb counts, but it is nothing like the excess amounts in most fruits.
