Default Sugar

Ok guys, lately I have been getting the feel to eat sweets every once in a while, so I've been chewing the no sugar low carb thing of Orbit gum. Every one has 1 gram of carbs, 1 gram of sugars. I chew from 2-5 sticks a day. Then, when I get home, or about at the evening time I eat a spoonful or two of penut butter. I figure its about 12 carbs I intake from that, and get about 4 grams of sugar, but hey, I love pb, and I get about 15 grams of protein or so.

Should I still chew gum or no? I have'nt had any craving for sweets or anything when a friend ask's me if I want some.

I was wondering if gum was anything bad too. I chew 5 + pieces of orbit a day, its good stuff.

Yes, you can still chew gum. The amount of carbs is negligible. Don't worry about it too much at all.

Yup, gum is fine. I chew Extra, sometimes Winterfresh.

I prefer Natural Peanut Butter over the regular kind. Sometimes I'll throw in a packet of splenda and some low sugar/sugar free jelly along with the pb to satisfy a sweet craving at night. Jello works as well. Don't be carb phobic though.

bakkily, I'm assuming from your questions about sugar and carbs that your trying to trim off some bodyfat. Try posting your diet and it will be easier to give suggestions.
