Default ! Sugar level !

Hi guys personal help here needed, since around 5-7 years ago i go threw phases during the year that i suffer from low sugar levels. I could be with my girlfriend out for dinner have a good steak or what ever but i must be full up and when i finish eating of a sudden i fell very weak i go pail and i reach a point of nearly fainting. when this happens i ask my gf to get me a glass of water with lots of sugar in it ,after i drink the water i start to get back to normal again. As i only smoke a few cigarettes when i go out for a few drinks, i could just have 1 puff and again my sugar level drop of of a sudden.

Could anyone tell me why this happens ? how could i avoid this

THANK YOU
JAY

Bro, it sounds like something a doctor should determine. Maybe you're hypoglycemic?

That kind of stuff you should not fool around with. Its best not to speculate. See a Doc and have him/her do a once over.
