Default Suggestions for mid morning/afternoon meals in the office

Hey guys. So lately i'm been eating a kashi bar with a couple scoops of peanut butter around 10:30 and 3:30 for my in between meals. It's hard to do anything else because i'm in an office cubicle. Does anyone have suggestions of something easy that I could eat here at the office between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner that would be more beneficial than kashi and peanut butter.

If my stats matter i'm 6'2'' 185 lbs pretty cut.

Thanks in advance!

When i go get lunch, I usually pick up enough for two meals. Say at 1pm I'll go get two chicken breasts with veggies, eat one breast and half the veggies for lunch. Then save the rest for around 4pm or so ... do you have a fridge you can keep stuff in at work?

I would do something similar, although i would stay away from bars of any kind really. I've never been a fan, they always seem to have more sugar and filler crap. perhaps keep a box of kashi (if that fits in your diet) in your cube.

I do hard boiled eggs or whey or both with some fruit and peanut butter or peanuts for the morning.

I like venison or beef jerky. Low sodium. It's a good choice

All good tips. You can also make some protein bars at home the night before-(way) cheaper, no added sugar/junk, and custom-made to your exact tastes!! I like to take a lunch bag to my shop, with my food for while I work. You could also make a protein shake with fruit, and oats, which is what I do. Venison jerky...Dude, I NEED to go hunting, even if I have to jump out of a tree in a city park armed with a sharp stick!!!!!!!!!

I have whey in my cube because I mix up a shake for after my workout. The eggs sound like a good idea too although requires effort on my behalf haha. What is the diff between a box of kashi and kashi bars? How big of a serving of the kashi do you take? That might be the route I take and have a serving of that with a couple tablespoons of light PB and a whey shake. I would really like to reach 200 lbs but do it progressively. I gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks after i cycled back on the creatine. Just don't want any unneccessary fat =)

Thanks again
