To each his own eric, no real point in arguing it. IMO superdosing BCAA's (50+ grams a day) while bulking is always a good idea if you can afford it. For me I usually throw as many grams as I can in my gallon water jug and get a steady flow all day while i'm drinkin.
either way you are correct, there needs to be a lot more food consumed flawd. Get at those calorie dense foods homie.
