Default Try to get some help

Hi everyone i have a simple question and plz i need an answer my body not very nice but acceptable and i need to get some extra muscles and like to hear from everyone how could i increase my body in weight so i'm plaining to begin playing bosy building and taking some proteins. I have another question the proteins ( powder) have any - effect ? just need opinions plz

In order to support muscle growth you will need the extra protein, so yes a protein shake would be a good idea along with an increase in solid protein foods.

Good article. In other words, protein shakes DO in fact work, especially for postworkout nutrition, BUT you should always practice consuming whole foods.

I think I get more readers with that title - though it is true. The way most people ABUSE protein drinks then they won't work.

When you USE protein drinks they are a great benefit

BTW I like your sig. I think I'll add it to the random quotes on my website if you don't mind.
