So I'm 17 years old and about 5 foot nine or ten yet I only weigh in at about 125 pounds. I've been lifting weights doing pull-ups on and off since mid-2007 and only gained a few pounds in that time. While I'm definately not underfed, I find it almost impossible to gain any weight.
Can anyone help me by telling me what food I could eat and what workouts will build the most muscle, I hate being fn skinny....
yea you should check out a 3 day monday wednesday friday split.
also you should track your daily food intake and see how many calories your getting. since your not currently gaining weight then you should take in about 500 or so more a day than what you currently are. be sure and read the sticky threads to
You state you've been lifting weights, doing pull ups on and off since 07...so that tells me you're not consistent with training.
As for gaining weight you need to be 500 calories above your maintenance calories. It would help if you posted your daily eating plan for others to look at and give you some feedback.
My guess, you're not eating enough and not training as hard as you think you are.
