Default Trying to Make a List of Healthy Foods That Can Be Commonly Found

Hey guys I often use these forums to get info and help me lose weight and stay in shape. I have dropped about 30 pounds in the last year and now am seeing my results taper off. I think my workout routine is great and I plan to stick to it but I still probably could eat better to lower my bodyfat. Can you all just start listing your favorite meals and/or snacks that are good for someone on a fatloss diet. Right now I try to eat a lot of fish, tuna, chicken, and turkey but sometimes I get bored and carb based foods like nonfat yogurt, low fat granola bars, low fat pop tarts, and bagels(without cream cheese). Also I eat one bowl of cereal currently for breakfast and I try not to buy anything crazy, usually sticking to honey nut cherios or raison bran. As far as drinks go I hear its best to stay away from diet soda because of the sodium so for the most part I drink water or skim milk and occasionally diet soda but never any reg soda. I was just wandering if you all could list other foods/meals and drinks that would be good for someone to eat to help lower their bodyfat. Also I was wandering if fruit is good for this type of diet because I have read mixed articles on weather the amount of sugar in fruit makes it bad to eat for people trying to lose weight? Thanks for all the tips so far.
