use it in moderation bro. the omega 3s are obviously good, and so i would do a chicken, salmon, tuna, turkey alternation if you're trying to eat clean. personally, if i eat too much of one thing for too long i'll burn out pretty hard core and not be able to eat it again for a while, just cuz the thought of it will make me sick haha. i used to eat a lot of tuna and then started reading up on the mercury ordeal, so just thought it was better to eat it in moderation. i wouldn't risk it; there's lots of other stuff out there that's good enough to eat
