I havent been keeping up with the latest supplements to use and was wondering if you guys have any ideas for a good mass builder/ fat burner. Ordered explode today so i just need ideas to add to my diets to help me get my body fat down and put the mass back on. Any input would be helpful and am willing to buy whatever you guys think. You can go with hydroxy cut to get your fat down and then just a regular protein and hard work for muscle growth. Thats my recommendation at least, I don't like overdoing it with supplements.

I think to get back into the swing of things...
1. Eat loads of good clean food
2. Workout with high intensity
3. Supplement properly with a)creatine b)glutamine c)whey blend d)fish oils e)a multivitamin
4. Sleep well

I think that MuscleTech have great products. I don't overdo them myself. I spend more money on my food and more time in the kitchen.

Welcome back into the gym and Happy Training.
Good luck, bro

^^^I think that MuscleTech is not great. All of their products are overpriced and make false claims. The quality is not good. Glutamine is a waste to supplement with.

The FDA sent out a warning about Hydroxycut products recently and Iovate (it's marketers) agreed to recall a bunch of their products.

I've had great success with Lipo 6 Black and Beta Stak on a couple different cycles to lose fat. My buddy is having some good success with Dren and I'm on Animal Cuts now, but I just started that.

I did a ton of cardio while on these products tho, so you might have to factor that into the success I had with them.

The only supplements I would recommend are:

- Multivitamin
- Flax Seed Oil
- Protein Powder
- Creatine
- Vitamin C

You really don't need to overdo it on the supplements man they are not magic. You need to watch your diet, train hard, and get enough rest. That's it.

Just out of curiosity, why flax instead of fish? -EK
