Default holidays = mandatory bulk?

i decided tonight to just bulk for the next month. i don't think it's going to be possible to stay on my strict cut diet with all of the great holiday foods around me constantly. i was almost done with my cut, so ill bulk a little now lol

pretty sure i took in 4000+ calories at the fraternity thanksgiving dinner tonight hahahaha

You gotta do what you gotta do. I'm looking forward to not being frowned upon for a few days when I eat +4000 calories.

Or you could keep your diet as strict as it has been and just eat whatever the fuck you want on the holidays. this way you will get a good anabolic dose of food, but you won't gain any significant amount of fat.

have fun either way ;)
