My advice is to start listening to people who were researching this stuff while you were still coloring outside the lines. Otherwise you are not going to get anything from this forum. What you don't realize is how disrespectful you're statements and assumptions are. Do you think everyone who has responded to you is an idiot who will believe anything and put anything in their body? We trash as many sups as we recommend.

Knowledge speaks; wisdom listens? You really need to remove that.

Did I tell you to replace meat with whey protein? No. I told you whey protein would be a better choice for pre/post workout.

As for "it's got something in it that's not too good for you", you'll have to do better than that.
