Default Weight Gain/Shake

I'm 19 years old and am 6'3 and only weigh around 145 pounds. I've struggled with weight my entire life. One of the main reasons is a weak stomach. Due to the fact that i've been skinny my entire life I don't quite know what I should be doing. My sensitive stomach makes Whey protein out of the picture. 1. Does anyone know of a good protein powder that has high calories that isn't Whey? 2. Any good meal plans to follow? 3. I haven't been lifting because I haven't been feeling to great recently and have been caught up with school. Any help would be awesome, thanks a ton.

In order for a weight-gain shake to be effective, there are some essential nutrients you need to have present. The exact amount of nutrients is going to depend on when you're ingesting the shake as you’ll have changing needs throughout the day. I find it very effective as part of my Balanced diet! ;)
