What exactly is a shift like for you? Don't you get breaks in there somewhere?

*Legally* you should be getting at least two 15 minute breaks. Is that not the case?

If you are on the same scheduale all the time then it shouldn't be to hard to figure out something, I mean your up for the same amount of hours that we are, just different times....Now if you were on shift work that's a bit harder for the body, but still do-able!!!

well see, i get a 30 minute break if i do more then 7 hours, I dont have anytime to get a full meal in at work, i can drink a protein shake before and probally a protein bar during work but, all the moving around i do, i dont have time to sit down and eat a good meal. Sometimes it can very and i wont get off work until 8 am. It's hard to try and cram every meal and snack in a very few amount of time that i have. I was talking to a member earlier on aim (hunter) and he gave me an example of his meal plan throughout the day, consist of

"i would try to spread your meals out more. instead of a huge meal get some good clean protein rich meals in throught the day. let me break my day down for you, I wake up and have a protein shake, then 30 minutes later i eat breakfast which is 2 bowls raisen bran and 4 harboiled eggs minus the yokes. then at 930 i have another protein shake, then lunch at 11 which consist of chicken breasts and cottage cheese then protein shake at 3, then i workout and after workout i do another shake. then dinner at about 6 where i eat something liek chicken or fish, then another protein shake at 10. maybe some cottage cheese right before i sleep. then repeat the next day."

he told me to try and just change the times up to fit my life style.

anyone else have any suggestions on how I could start off my day like a regular person?

Pack a big bag of healthy foods that can be eaten quickly. I wouldnt suggest shakes if your moving around and doing physical labor, last thing you want when your lifting heavy boxes is the squirts.

Depending on your goals, you should be able to get a lot of cals simply by eating whenever you get a chance. I used to be in and out of court all day long with my old job, so I would keep beef jerky, premade sandwiches, celery, carrots, ect around me and munch when I could. I also always had a big jug of water with BCAA's in it, and some crystal light mixed in for flavor.
