Hey, yeah, I just noticed that. What is a good price for ostrich meat? I live in TX, and am used to finding chicken breasts for about $2 a lb, to give you an idea.

Oh, to the other San Antonio guys(there seem to be some in other cities as well), there is a place here in town that sells exotic meats, called well, Exotic Meats (exoticmeats.com) Finally, I can eat rattlesnake! And, I won't have to risk getting bitten!

Here's a good clue:- pretty much anything that comes from the ground, or straight from an animal and NOT from a factory.

It's very, very easy. If it is natural as in your grandparents could find and eat it then it is good, anything else should be avoided.
