what macronutrient ratio
Ok guys, I'v figured out that I need 3500+ calories for my bulk up. What should the percentage of protein, carbs, and fat be for my plan?

I've been doing 40/40/20 on my bulk, 750 calories/day over my maintenance, looking for a gain of 1.5 lbs/week. I've ended up gaining 8 lbs 2 weeks in- changing over to 60/20/20- any thoughts on this? I was 17% bf at the end of my cut just before beginning the bulk, doing a 15/10/5 HST program. I can't possibly be gaining that much muscle, especially with where my strength is at (5RM bench is 155, 5RM squat is 225). Unless the creatine (5g/day off days, 10g/day on days) is keeping in that much fluid?

I would just lower the calories by 200 or so instead of changing the ratio.
