Should it be a regular measuring cup, electric weigher, etc.? What tool works the best to record your foods? Thanks.

Do you have any good recommendations from online for a decent price? I saw some on Bulk Nutrition, would those work? But which one exactly?

Thanks a lot.

Buy one and use it, record your food on fitday and make adjustments to calories as needed.

Start using Google for shit like this.

Ok I went out to Bed Bath and Beyond and bought the Salter one: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/prod...1&SKU=13970270

Question, it comes in many options...should I use pretty much everything and put it on FitDay in ounces, grams, or kg?
